What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information. When you subscribe, your payment is processed securely — we never see or store your card details. We store only your subscription status (active, trial, or inactive) to determine your access level.

Your pipeline data — Instagram usernames, stages, notes, and reminders — is stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers.

How we use it

We use your email to manage your account and send essential communications such as receipts and trial reminders. We use your subscription status to gate access to the extension. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to anyone.

Data retention

We retain your account and subscription data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us at support@settr.io.
